Where is the Technorati Twitter 100?

Twitter continues to amaze. Following people who follow friends is a great way to learn about lots of interesting people I normally wouldn’t connect with. Julia Roy has kept me informed and entertained the past few weeks, along with Todd Defren for his thought-provoking tweets.
My question of the day, where is the Technorati Twitter 100?

Now I feel guilty for my MANY less-than-interesting tweets. (I think my last one was simply, “dog tired” as a matter of fact).
Thanks though!
I wonder what the metric for the top 100 would be? Most people following? Following most people? Most tweets a day? #Tweets/day * number of people seeing them? All of the above?
I would like to see a quality of content metric. difficult to implement but perhaps something like SezWho for tweets.
@daveevans you rock the cazbah. you should be the Twitter 1-100, at least if it was up to me, that is the way it would be. Then maybe you would let me be Twitter 101.
