Heyletsgo Event Networking
September 20th, 2006 · Comments
Social networking sites like Myspace may have the lions share of the market, but new event-based sites like Boston’s HeyLetsGo are offering up the best features, search, social tools and best of all, don’t look it was designed by a clown on acid.
I’m surprised how easy it was for me to ditch Myspace for [...]

Identity services provider Opinity (a client), has announced that you can now use both OpenID and Microsoft’s CardSpace at Opinity.

BDPNews Keeps Me Informed
September 18th, 2006 · Comments
Boston has what I think is the first police blog in the country, or so I read.

These two hilarious videos from Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant (wrote and directed The Office), filmed for Microsoft’s UK employees, were removed by YouTube last week and reappeared on Google video. Very funny as are the outtakes at the end.

Radiohead tribute in Crunk: “Skeet Spirit”
September 6th, 2006 · Comments
There is not much on this earth that makes me happier than Radiohead remixes.
Easy Star All-Stars are coming out with RadioDread and now DJ Gyngyvytus has released Skeet Spirit, Crunk versions of several Radiohead songs.
I’m not much of a crunk fan but Lucky [feat. Frankie Paul] on “Radiodread” (Easy Star All-Stars) is stellar.

September 5th, 2006 · Comments
Dumblittleman writes up a scenario where in a few easy steps he would be able to rob a woman who has marked her Google calendar as public. This is scary-useful information.
